This highly individualized program is for the college-bound, advanced athlete. The process begins with a comprehensive player analysis that identifies the athletic, academic, and social characteristics of the student. We maintain an extensive network of college and professional relationships and an in-depth knowledge base of information on college programs, coaches, recruiters, scholarship programs, academics, and keep our data current using industry contacts established in more than 20 years of coaching, teaching, and play.

To find that ideal match, we

• conduct in-home interviews,
• review academic standing,
• watch the athlete play in real game situations,
• analyze skills and intangibles, and
• develop a list of college enrollment possibilities based on finding the best match for the athlete in terms of “fit” with the program and opportunities to learn and excel. Please contact us for more information.

We consider issues such as coaching style at the college, recruiting needs, and academic emphasis and assistance and then use our contacts to generate positive interest and visibility. This type of information can be difficult to obtain and confusing for young athletes and their families. Mike Toomey Baseball packages and presents reasonable options for the family’s consideration, and then creates a comprehensive package of the student’s data for presentation to college recruiters.

Game Day Viewing
Unlike other programs that view athletes in clinic settings surrounded by as many as a hundred competing students, Coach Toomey and our staff personally attend our clients’ games. This allows us to observe critical behaviors that influence an athlete’s success in the game and to analyze their coaching and training needs based on real-life, competitive situations.
